"Wokingham Parish (part of) lying between the old turnpike Road leading from Reading to London and the Finchampstead Road, commencing at the boundary line near Bearwood Lodge including the cottages in the Green Lane, Scotch Farm, and cottage near Freemantle Lodge and cottages near Poulter Lodge and the Keeper House in the Wood, Deacons Lodge, Barkham Lodge, House in the Green Lane leading from Wokingham to Arborfield, Mr. Simmond's Cottages at Arborfield Cross and the School Master's House, near Cottages formerly in the occupation of Mrs Clive at the top of Barkham Hill, the cottage at Fir Grove and in the Sand Pits, Dowles Barn and cottage near the New Bottle and cottages near the Old Bottle, Limmer Hill, Folly Farm, Folly Court Lodge, Blackgrove Farm, Holts Farm, Evendons Cottages, Randalls Farm, Evendons Farm, and all Houses on the North or North West side of the said Finchampstead Road."
